Hey guys! Today I am going to talk about being a girl boss and how to become a confident woman #womenempowerment am I right...?! According to 2002 Motor Article in Psychology, if we base our self-worth on how people perceive us then this would lead to more anger, stress and anxiety. Jim Seibold, PhD says that " self-confidence impacts how we perceive our health." People with higher confidence tend to cope with stress more better and go to the doctor much less than people with less confidence. First of all, social media plays a big role in self-confidence. In 2008 study, people with lower self-esteem benefited from social media, because it reduced loneliness, but nowadays social media has taken a toll and, caused a negative impact on people. It has been said that one way is too get rid of the  negativity is to limit time on social media and even go as far as deleting the app if it ever makes you feel bad to reduce temptation.
